WHAT SIZE IS YOUR MODEL?
- Our model is 5’6 average size 2-4 model usually wears a size Small
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
- Restocks are dependent on the availability of the items from our supplier. Therefore, there is no specific number of time we can restock our pieces. We sometimes restock items more than once.
ARE ALL ITEMS USUALLY RESTOCKED?
- No, most items never restock so we encourage you to buy all of the items that you love before they sell out! If you can't stop thinking about it Get It! If it's love at first sight Get It! Once we have restocks you will receive a notification so please sign up to become a #KKBAE to get first dibs on restocks.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow 3 business days for processing. Once it has been processed, you can expect delivering within 5 business days (which does not include the 3 days for processing) UNLESS otherwise stated. Hence, overall order completion can take up to 8-15 business days depending on the type of shipping selected upon checkout. That is, Standard or Express shipping.
DO YOU OFFER PICKUP OPTIONS?
- No, our company does not offer pickup options. Depending on your location, your order is either shipped from the U.S via our mail courier to the address provided or delivered to you in Jamaica via our courier service.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
- Currently, we do not offer any wholesale options or packages.
