Our team at Kloset Klutch aims to make our Baes feel good about their purchase. If something isn't quite right with your fit, or you believe there is a manufacturing issue, we're happy to help with an eligible return or exchange.

Return Window
Jamaica Customers
Eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery.
International Customers
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
How Returns Are Refunded
Kloset Klutch does not issue cash refund for eligible items.
Approved returns will be resolved by either:
Exchange, subject to product and size availability, or
Store Credit, issued as a Kloset Klutch electronic gift card.
Your store credit can be used toward future purchase at Kloset Klutch.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability, because Kloset Klutch styles can sell out quickly. We cannot guarantee that the requested replacement size, color or style will still be available when your return is processed. If your preferred item is unavailable, eligible returns will be issued as store credit.
Return Condition
To be eligible for return or exchange, merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn condition. Items must be new and unused, unwashed and unlaundered, free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, body order or other signs of wear. Items should be returned with the original Kloset Klutch tags attached and in a condition suitable for resale.
Kloset Klutch reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet these return requirements.
Final Sale & Non- Returnable Items
For hygienic and product-integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Swimwear - Underwear- Lingerie- Jewelry- White Colored Clothing
Please review product details, sizing information and final- sale notices carefully before completing your purchase.
Local Return Processing
Once an eligible Jamaica return has been received and inspected, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. If approved, your exchange or store credit will be arranged.
International Return Processing
Once your return has been delivered back to Kloset Klutch, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Once approved, your applicable exchange or store credit will be arranged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive and item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can review the issue and assist you.
How To Start A Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact the Kloset Klutch team through our Contact Us page and include:
Your name - Order number - Item(s) being returned - Reason for return
Please await a response from our team for return instructions before sending merchnadise back to us.
Return Shipping Cost
For standard returns or exchanges that are not the result of Kloset Klutch error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
However, for incorrect orders or damaged item(s), Kloset Klutch will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping cost, after returned item(s) is/are received and processed.
