Refund policy

Our team at Kloset Klutch aims to make our Baes happy with their purchase and satisfied with their shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase based on fit or manufacturing fault, we are happy to help you with returns and provide an exchange.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Kloset Klutch electronic gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are returned to us. 

Please note: Items Must be returned in the condition in which they were purchased. That is; New and Unused. The returned item(s) must not be laundered, must be returned with the original tag in place, must not be stained, must not be soiled or have any odor as an indication that the product has been worn. 

Intimate items such as swimwear, underwear, jewelry, lingerie and white colored clothing are Non-refundable items. Therefore, these items are considered final purchases as there will be no return and exchange provided.
