Shipping policy

Kloset Klutch DOES NOT hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages, nor packages stated as 'delivered' by the designated or selected courier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) that is not received by the customer. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your post office or the shipping company/ courier directly. 

To ensure your packages are properly delivered without delay and within the  specified time frame, please ensure your address is entered correctly and in full. Use the correct abbreviations and insert spaces correctly. If there is an issue with verifying your address, our customer service team will make attempts to contact you in an effort to ascertain the correct address to resolve the issue. However, If after several failed attempts with no response from you, your order will be canceled and you will be required to request a refund. 

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us immediately on the following business day. We will make every effort to fulfill you request in updating or changing the shipping address, however, if we are unable to complete the update or change in address at the time requested, we DO NOT take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you refuse any shipments from Kloset Klutch, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, in addition to the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Reminder: You will receive shipping confirmation within 5-7 business days from the day the order was placed.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-4 business days to process your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that is stated as being delivered. You may select your preferred shipping with the cost associated at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.

  • Expedited Shipping : $16.00 (2-5 business days)
  • Heavy Goods Shipping: $13.50 (5-7 business days)

International: (Outside U.S Territory e.g Canada, U.K, Australia, Caribbean etc.)

  • Rest of the World: $40.50
